Tokyo-Hunter.com (also referred to as “this website”) is a unique online store and proxy buying service that operates differently from others that you may be accustomed to. Therefore, we have to state clearly our fundamental operating policies for customers not to get confused or have false assumptions on how we conduct business. Please read these important terms carefully as they relate to your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may be applicable to you.

1. PRIVACY

Customers' information is only released in cases when we believe to be appropriate to comply with law enforcement inquiries; resolving PayPal disputes; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Tokyo-Hunter.com and Gattai Hobby LLP, our users, or others.

All content on this website is the property of Tokyo-Hunter.com, or its content suppliers and protected by Japan and international copyright laws. We reserve the right to take legal action against those who copy or commercially exploit our material without our consent.
 

3. YOUR ACCOUNT
 

By using this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, ensuring access to your computer is restricted, and agreeing to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit information, or cancel orders at our own discretion.
 

4. DELIVERY
 

Once your order has been filled, it will be shipped to the address you provided via the shipping method of your choice. However, we may change the shipping method at our discretion from SAL to EMS (if you initially requested SAL) in case your order exceeds SAL shipping box size and weight limits, and you will be charged the EMS shipping rate for your order.
 

We take great care in packing customers' orders for international shipping. However, it is beyond our control once the packages are dispatched to Japan Post for delivery to customers. The risk of loss and damage to the product(s) is passed to the customer on the date the product(s) is/are dispatched.
 

We always aim to promptly deliver orders. However, delays are inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time.
 

You are responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Japan. It is also your responsibility to pay any charges levied by authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive the product(s). Please check with your country's customs office to determine import duties, taxes, charges, and regulations.
 

If an order is undeliverable for whatever reason and returned back to us, you will be notified and re-delivery will be at your expense. Should you choose not to have the product(s) re-delivered, we will only refund the amount you paid for the product(s) not including the payment for shipping the product(s) to you. We reserve the right to sell the returned product(s) to other customers if you do not want re-delivery of the returned product(s).
 

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

You may return product(s) to us if we confirm the defect(s) based on your detailed description of the defect(s) along with pictures of the defective part(s). You must contact us regarding the defect(s) within seven days of having received the product(s). We do not consider superficial damage to the packaging (bends, creases, minor crushing, scratches, etc) or bad paint application on products as defects.
 

If we agree to have you return the defective product(s), you will have to ship the product(s) to us at your own cost. Upon satisfactory return of the product(s) to us, we will ship out replacement(s) to you at our expense via the shipping method of our choice after we run tests and inspections, and confirm the product(s) is/are actually defective. If replacement product(s) is/are not available, we will only refund the amount you paid for the product(s) not including any shipping charges. We will return the product(s) to you at your expense if we found that the product(s) is/are actually not defective. We will not refund any amount to you, and we will keep the product(s) should you choose not to pay for return shipping of the product(s) that turned out not to be defective.
 

Used and vintage products, as well as products that are long out of production are not returnable or refundable. This is because replacements can not be found for such products in most cases.
 

6. CHANGES
 

We reserve the right to update, revise or change our terms and conditions, the price of the product(s), and any other information listed on this website at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and confirm the price of the product(s) on each occasion when you use this website. Your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
 

7. FORCE MAJEURE
 

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control. Quantities are subject to availability. In the event of shortage, we may allocate sales and deliveries at our sole discretion.
