Purchasing the item on the day of the event

Payment in advance is required prior to the event. Due to the extremely limited production run for resin kits exclusively sold at hobby events such as this, we will try our best to acquire this kit on the day of the event for customers who submit requests for it. However, we can't guarantee we'll be succesful in purchasing the item for customers. We prioritize requests according to customers' budget submissions for this item. For example, if we have 4 customers requesting for this item at different budgets and we're only successful in purchasing one peice on the day of the event, the customer with the highest submitted budget will get the item while the remaining customers will get their payments fully refunded. In most cases, we usually don't get multiple requests for resin kits.

Purchasing the item after the event

For customers who submit requests for this item once the event is over, we'll try to track down the item at hobby shops throughout Tokyo. If we manage to locate the item for sale within customers' submitted budgets, those with the highest budgets will be prioritized. Those customers will get an invoice from us and we'll purchase the item on their behalf once we've received payment. We'll continue to track down additional stock of the item for the remaining customers in queue prioritized based on their submitted budgets. Payment in advance is not required in this case until we've confirmed availability of the item.
